VELARIS INC. takes seriously compliance with all applicable federal laws, including record-keeping requirements in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75.
EXEMPTION STATEMENT FOR PLATFORM OPERATORS
All visual images posted on the Platform that are produced by VELARIS INC. (Platform Operators) are exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, because:

The images do not contain actual or simulated explicit sexual conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)-(v); or
-
The images do not show genitals or pubic area of the depicted person.
EXEMPTION STATEMENT FOR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCED CONTENT
VELARIS INC. is not a producer of any visual images (including both photographs and video content) of actual or simulated sexual conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(2)(A)(i)-(v) and posted on the Platform.
Role of VELARIS INC.
The activities of VELARIS INC. with respect to such images are limited to:
- Transmission of images;
- Storage of images;
- Retrieval of images;
- Hosting of images posted by third-party users in areas of the Platform under the control of that user.
Moderation rights
In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(B)(v), VELARIS INC. reserves the right to remove user-created materials that the Operators deem:
- Inappropriate or inconsistent with their internal policies;
- Violating federal law;
- Contrary to these Terms of Use.
OBLIGATIONS OF THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PRODUCERS
Content producer responsibility
VELARIS INC. does not create, produce or manufacture user content posted on the Platform. All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual images of actual or simulated sexual conduct posted on the Platform:
- Were over eighteen (18) years of age at the time such images were created;
- Provided appropriate age verification documents to the content producer.
Records location
Materials on the Platform, including images and video materials, are provided by various third parties. With respect to these materials, records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by:
- Third-party content providers who created and produced such content;
- Primary producers of visual content;
- Persons directly responsible for creating the materials.
VERIFICATION PROCEDURES
User verification
VELARIS INC. requires all users posting visual content to:
- Complete mandatory age verification by providing valid identity documents;
- Confirm that they are the persons depicted in the uploaded content;
- Confirm that all persons appearing in their content have reached the age of 18.
Content moderation
All user content undergoes preliminary moderation to ensure compliance with:
- Age requirements for participants;
- Applicable federal and local laws;
- Platform internal policies.
LIABILITY STATEMENT
Limitation of liability
VELARIS INC. is not responsible for:
- Content of materials posted by third parties;
- Content shared or uploaded by independent service providers or Platform users;
- Compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements by third-party content producers;
- Accuracy of documents or statements provided by users.
User obligations
Users uploading visual content assume full responsibility for:
- Compliance with all applicable laws;
- Maintaining necessary records in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257;
- Ensuring that all persons in their content have reached the age of majority;
- Providing accurate information about age and consent of participants.
VIOLATION REPORTING PROCEDURES
Reporting suspicious content
If you believe that any content on the Platform may violate 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements or contain images of persons under 18 years of age, immediately report it:

Cooperation obligations
VELARIS INC. fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies on matters related to:
- Compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements;
- Investigations of potential violations;
- Providing necessary information upon official requests.
Records access
In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(f), authorized representatives of the Attorney General have the right to inspect at any reasonable time the records required by this section.
