INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website located at https://daloras.com and any related services provided by VELARIS INC.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform or using any other services provided by VELARIS INC.

We, VELARIS INC., reserve the right to review and make changes to any of these Terms of Use at our sole discretion. Upon making changes, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Use take effect immediately from the date of publication.

TERMINOLOGY AND DEFINITIONS

The following terms are used in these terms and conditions:

"We", "us", "platform" and "our" refer to daloras.com.

"Company" means VELARIS INC., a legal entity registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, owning and operating the Platform.

"User" means any individual or legal entity using the Platform, including but not limited to Models, Agencies and Subscribers.

"Model" refers to a registered user who participates in creating Content. Models are responsible for creating and publishing various types of content and photos on the site.

"Agency" means a company, firm or legally recognized legal entity that represents or manages Models for the purpose of using or uploading Model Content to the Platform.

"Subscriber" means a registered user who pays for access to content or features of the Platform.

"Platform" means the daloras.com website, mobile applications, software, systems and related services and offerings provided by our Company, which facilitate communication, interaction between models, agencies, subscribers and other participants in our ecosystem.

"User Content" means any material uploaded to the Platform by a user (whether subscriber, model or agency), including photos, videos, audio files (such as music and other sounds), live stream footage, data, text (such as comments and hashtags), metadata, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes and any other materials.

"Services" means advertising and information services provided through the Platform, including ad placement, content access and other features.

NATURE OF THE PLATFORM AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Exclusively advertising platform

The Platform is exclusively an advertising and information platform and, as such, has no relation to and bears no responsibility for the websites or individuals mentioned herein.

The Platform is not an escort agency and in no way participates in the escort business or prostitution, nor does it bear any responsibility for the content or actions of websites or persons you may contact through links, email or phone from this portal.

The Platform allows uploading and viewing user-generated content, including profiles, images and information posted by users advertising themselves in jurisdictions where such advertising is legal. The website functions exclusively as an information platform and advertising marketplace.

No control over user interactions

The Platform does not facilitate, organize, participate in, control, verify and has absolutely no relation to any meetings, transactions, communications or agreements between users. The Platform absolutely does not participate in any interactions that may occur between users outside the platform, and expressly disclaims any responsibility for such interactions.

User responsibility and disclaimer of warranties

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform is merely a venue allowing individual users to advertise themselves;
• The Platform is not a provider of escort services or any other services offered by users;
• The Platform does not endorse, verify, investigate or conduct background checks on any user or content they post;
• The Platform does not control and bears absolutely no responsibility for the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness, accuracy or any other aspect of any user, their content, their services or their behavior;
• The Platform makes no representations and provides no warranties regarding user identity, their intentions, qualifications or compliance with laws;
• Any trust placed by a user in any content, advertisement or message found on or through the Platform remains at the risk and responsibility of that user;
• The Platform sells advertising opportunities and space for agencies and models, as well as content access for interested subscribers. Any agreements or arrangements entered into between platform users remain at their discretion and under their responsibility.

Third-party resource links

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by the Platform or its operator. The Platform does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. By using the Platform, you expressly release us from all liability arising from your use of any third-party sites.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Payment methods

The Platform accepts various payment methods to ensure user convenience:

• Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard and other major payment systems);
• Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum and other supported cryptocurrencies);
• Other electronic payment methods available in your region.

All payments for Platform services are made on a prepaid basis. We do not store bank card data on our servers and use secure payment gateways to process all transactions.

Refund conditions

All advertising placements and paid services purchased on the Platform are considered final after their activation by default. However, the Platform provides limited refund opportunities under the following conditions:

Refund request period: Users have the right to request a partial refund for prepaid services within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of payment.

Refund amount calculation: The refund amount is calculated proportionally to the number of unused days in the paid period:

• If the service is provided for 30 days, and the refund request is received 10 days after the service begins, 20/30 (or 66.67%) of the cost of the paid plan will be refunded;
• Refund requests received after the 14th day of service use are not considered, and the service is considered fully performed.

Exceptions to refund policy

Refunds are not made in the following cases:

• In case of user violation of these Terms of Use;
• In case of content removal by the Platform due to rule violations;
• For special promotional offers that are explicitly marked as non-refundable;
• For any purchases of advertising services that have been fully performed.

Refund request procedure

To initiate a refund, you must:

• Submit a request through the feedback form or by email to support@daloras.com;
• Specify the account number and payment identifier;
• Provide the reason for the refund request;
• Confirm identity in accordance with our security procedures.

Refund processing times

We strive to process all reasonable refund requests within 5-10 business days. The actual time for funds to be credited depends on the payment method and your payment provider:

• Refunds to bank cards: 3-14 business days;
• Cryptocurrency refunds: 1-3 business days;
• Other methods: in accordance with the terms of the respective payment systems.

Refund fees

When processing a refund, the following fees may be deducted from the refundable amount:

• Fees charged by payment systems for refund processing;
• Administrative fee of up to 5% of the refundable amount, but not less than $5 USD.

Inactive accounts and unused funds

In case a user account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, and there are unused funds on the account balance, the following rules apply:

• The Platform will make reasonable attempts to contact the user using the provided contact information;
• If the user does not respond and does not use the funds within 30 days after notification, an administrative fee for servicing the inactive account of $5 USD per month or equivalent of this amount in the account currency may be charged from the account balance;
• If the account balance becomes zero as a result of applying the administrative fee, the account may be closed.

Disputes and conflict resolution

In case of disputes regarding payments or refunds:

• The user must first contact Platform support to attempt to resolve the issue;
• If the issue cannot be resolved through direct interaction, the provisions of the "DISPUTE RESOLUTION" section of these Terms of Use apply;
• For disputes related to payments through third parties, such as payment systems, the user must first attempt to resolve the problem through the appropriate payment provider in accordance with their terms of service.

Taxes and additional fees

All prices listed on the Platform do not include applicable taxes, currency conversion fees or other mandatory payments that may be applicable in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Such taxes and fees, if applicable, will be added to the final cost of purchased services.

Changes to refund policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately after publication of the updated version on our website. Users are advised to regularly check this policy for changes.

USER REQUIREMENTS AND VERIFICATION

Age and identity confirmation

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform, and you are fully capable and competent to enter into the terms, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, and to comply with and perform these Terms of Use.

If you are under 18 years old or the applicable age of majority, please do not use the Platform. You also represent that the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform does not prohibit receiving or viewing adult content.

Verification process

We require mandatory verification of users posting advertising content. The verification process includes:

• Identity confirmation by providing a valid passport or other government-recognized identification document;
• Age confirmation (minimum 18 years or other applicable age of majority);
• Confirmation of consent to post content and use the platform;
• In some cases, additional verification to comply with local laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to request additional documents or information to complete the verification process. Verification is a mandatory condition for posting content on the platform.

Image verification

Models and Users acknowledge that:

The Platform conducts mandatory image verification and authentication, during which all provided photos are compared with the identity photo provided by the Model. Photos used for identity verification must not be false, misleading or belong to another person. The Model's profile may be blocked if image verification is not passed.

In the verification process, the Platform may use the following methods (without limitation):

• A photo showing clothing or underwear from the Model's photoshoot;
• A photo showing the Model's face and other facial features;
• A photo showing the Model's body that matches the body style in the Model's profile images;
• A photo showing matching characteristic features, for example, tattoos.

Despite conducting thorough image verification, the Platform does not confirm or guarantee that the model will fully correspond to the provided photos when meeting in person. The Platform allows minor differences between actual model photos and provided photos, and image verification is conducted with certain reasonable tolerances.

If the Platform identifies or receives a reasonable complaint that a Model no longer corresponds to the photos posted in advertisements on our platforms, we may immediately terminate membership and consider further action against the responsible Model.

Consequences of providing false information

Providing false information to conceal signs of coercion, human trafficking or actions under third-party control is considered a particularly serious violation and may result in immediate notification of law enforcement agencies in addition to standard sanctions.

Providing false or misleading information during the verification process is strictly prohibited and is considered a material breach of these Terms of Use.

In case of identifying false information, We reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account;
• Remove all content associated with you from the platform;
• Refuse to refund any paid services;
• If necessary, notify appropriate authorities.

You undertake to keep the provided information up to date and notify us of any changes in your identification information.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Security responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account or password. The Platform is not responsible for any losses or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Security requirements

To ensure the security of your account, you undertake to:

• Use a complex password containing a combination of letters, numbers and special symbols;
• Not use the same password on multiple sites;
• Not disclose your password to third parties;
• Regularly change your password, especially in case of suspected compromise;
• Log out when using public computers;
• Use two-factor authentication if available;
• Ensure the security of the email associated with your account;
• Maintain up-to-date software and malware protection on your devices.

Obligation to notify of security breaches

You agree to immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. For this, you need to contact our support service at support@daloras.com.

You also undertake to report any suspicious activity you notice on the platform, including:

• Phishing or fraud attempts;
• Suspicious messages from other users;
• Attempts at unauthorized access;
• Security vulnerabilities in the platform.

Consequences of security breach

In case of a security breach of your account:

• We may temporarily block or restrict access to your account to protect your information;
• You may be held liable for actions performed using your account by third parties as a result of your negligence;
• We may require additional verification to restore access;
• In case of a serious security breach affecting multiple users, the Platform will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.

The Platform reserves the right to implement additional security measures at any time and may require users to comply with new security protocols to continue accessing the platform.

CONTENT RULES AND PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Content responsibility

Users posting content on the Platform are fully responsible for ensuring that their content:

• Does not violate applicable local, state, federal or international laws or regulations;
• Does not violate intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Does not contain materials that are fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unacceptable;
• Does not contain materials that promote or facilitate human trafficking, exploitation or any illegal activity;
• Does not contain false or misleading information.

Prohibited actions

Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform to:

• Offer, facilitate or promote any illegal services;
• Post content or advertise services that are illegal in the jurisdiction where they operate, or where the content is available;
• Participate in any activity that exploits or harms minors (persons under 18 years of age);
• Impersonate any person or organization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform or servers connected to the platform;
• Post or promote any content related to involuntary actions of any kind;
• Post or promote any content depicting, including or related to minors;
• Participate in or promote human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced services or involuntary slavery;
• Advertise or offer services related to controlled substances, illegal drugs or pharmaceuticals without a valid prescription;
• Participate in money laundering, fraud or any financial crimes;
• Post personally identifying information about individuals without their explicit consent;
• Participate in extortion, blackmail or other forms of coercion;
• Post defamatory, slanderous or knowingly false information about any person or organization;
• Create multiple accounts to bypass any restrictions or suspensions;
• Use the platform to distribute malware, viruses or other malicious code;
• Modify, copy, create derivative works, decompile or reverse engineer platform materials and software;
• Remove copyright notices or other property rights;
• Transfer materials to other persons or "mirror" materials on other servers;
• Use the platform to send unauthorized advertising or spam;
• Collect user data without their consent.

Additional prohibitions in accordance with FOSTA-SESTA

• Participate in or facilitate human trafficking, coercion to services or any forms of sexual exploitation;
• Post content or coordinate activities on behalf of persons acting under coercion or control of third parties;
• Use coded language, symbols or terminology related to forced services or human trafficking;
• Post multiple profiles or coordinate networks of accounts to bypass verification procedures;
• Post content containing indicators of coercion, including mentions of third-party control over provided services.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in content removal, account suspension or termination and potential notification of appropriate authorities.

Offensive content

Users can report to the Platform any content they consider offensive or unacceptable by contacting us by email at support@daloras.com.

We review all content complaints in the following order:

• Complaints about content violating legislation: within 24 hours;
• General complaints about unacceptable content: within 48 hours;
• Other types of complaints: within 5 business days.

The Platform does not guarantee that it will respond to all comments or complaints. If we decide at our discretion to respond to a complaint, we do not guarantee a response within a specific timeframe, although we strive to comply with the above timeframes.

The Platform's decision regarding whether specific content is considered offensive or unacceptable is final. The Platform reserves the right (but does not accept the obligation) to edit, recall or remove content that it considers offensive, harmful, violating the rights of others or contrary to these Terms of Use for any reason and without prior notice.

CONTENT MODERATION AND MANAGEMENT

Moderation process

The Platform moderates all content posted on the platform to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws.

The moderation process includes:

• Preliminary review of uploaded content before publication;
• Regular monitoring of published content;
• Consideration of complaints and reports from users;
• Taking action against violating content.

Specialized moderation

The Platform uses a multi-level moderation system, including automated algorithms and specially trained moderators to identify content potentially related to human trafficking or coercion:

• All suspicious materials are subject to emergency blocking within 1 hour of detection;
• Upon detection of potential federal law violations, procedures for interaction with law enforcement agencies are automatically initiated;
• Moderators undergo specialized training in human trafficking detection programs and regularly update their knowledge.

Review timeframes

We strive to process all moderation requests within the following timeframes:

• Primary moderation of new listings: within 24 hours of publication;
• Review of content complaints: within 48 hours of receiving the complaint;
• Urgent requests related to serious violations: on a priority basis, usually within 12 hours.

Right to unilateral content removal

We reserve the absolute and sole right to remove, modify or block any content at any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use;
• Non-compliance with laws of any jurisdiction where the platform is available;
• Receiving reasonable complaints from other users;
• Suspicion of fraudulent or misleading nature of content;
• Containing prohibited materials or advertising prohibited services;
• Containing materials that violate third-party rights;
• At the request of law enforcement agencies or court decisions;
• As a precautionary measure when violation is suspected.

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion and are final. Content removal for reasons of Terms of Use violation does not give the right to refund paid services.

Account management and service termination

We reserve the right at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend access to Platform services;
• Remove or block your account;
• Remove or block any content uploaded by you;
• Prohibit access to the platform from certain IP addresses or devices;
• Apply technical and legal measures to prevent access to the platform.

Grounds for immediate termination of access include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms of Use;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• Using the platform for illegal activity;
• Non-payment for services;
• Account inactivity for an extended period;
• Receiving reasonable complaints from other users;
• At the request of law enforcement agencies or court.

Account closure by user and consequences of termination

You can terminate use of the platform and close your account at any time by one of the following methods:

• Independently through the account deletion function in your personal account;
• By contacting our support service.

When closing an account through support service, you must:

• Submit a request through the appropriate form or by email;
• Confirm your identity in accordance with our security procedures.

In both cases, before closing the account, you must settle all outstanding payments or refunds, if any.

After termination of your access to the Platform:

• All your content will be removed from public access;
• Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
• You will lose access to all purchased services without right to compensation, if termination was the result of a violation;
• Any unused credits or funds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy;
• All provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should remain in effect after termination will remain in effect.

We may at our discretion retain certain data in accordance with legal requirements or for legitimate business purposes.

INTERACTION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES

Legal compliance

The Platform strictly complies with US federal laws, including FOSTA-SESTA, using automated systems and specialized moderation to identify violations.

Cooperation with authorities

• Designated contact persons are available 24/7 at legal-compliance@daloras.com;
• Emergency requests are processed immediately;
• Court requests - within 72 hours;
• Administrative requests - within 10 business days;
• Cases involving minors are transferred to NCMEC.

Data retention

• User data: 12 months after account closure;
• Content: 6 months after deletion;
• Technical logs: 90 days;
• Period extended upon official request.

Proactive measures

• Suspicions of human trafficking are transferred to federal agencies;
• Participation in industry crime prevention initiatives;
• Sharing information about new threats.

Rights protection

• Providing only legally requested information;
• Challenging unconstitutional requests;
• Notifying users unless prohibited;
• International requests only through official channels.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

User-generated content

You retain your intellectual property rights to content you submit to us for publication on the Platform. We will never claim ownership rights to your content, but we require a license from you to use it.

When you use the Platform or related services to publish, upload, share or otherwise transmit content protected by intellectual property rights, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate or otherwise create derivative works from your content in a manner consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

The license you grant us may be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account. However, to the extent that we (or our partners) have used your content in connection with commercial or sponsored content, the license will continue until the relevant commercial or post is terminated by us.

You give us permission to use your username and other identifying information associated with your account in a manner consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

Platform trademarks and intellectual property

The Platform and related logos and names are our trademarks and/or service marks. Other trademarks, service marks, names and logos used on or through the Platform are the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners. You are not granted any rights or licenses with respect to any of the aforementioned trademarks, service marks or logos.

We provide you with a conditional, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive and limited license to access and use the Platform exclusively for your personal use, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Comprehensive disclaimer

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. We provide the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind relating to the Platform and services obtained through the Platform, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability and availability.

We expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Actions, content, information, data or materials of any third parties;
• Any harmful, offensive, unacceptable or illegal content posted by users;
• Any bodily injury, property damage, or any other harm arising from your communications or interactions with other users or third parties;
• Any unauthorized access or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any errors, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party;
• The accuracy, reliability, availability or completeness of any content on the Platform;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any losses or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, mobile device or loss of data that results from your use of the Platform. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the Platform's content or the content of any sites linked to the Platform, or that the Platform will meet your requirements.

You specifically acknowledge that the Platform, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners and affiliates are not liable for content or for defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any third party, and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

You also acknowledge that any content uploaded to the Platform may be viewed, downloaded, distributed and shared, potentially in violation of your rights or these Terms of Use, and that you assume such risks solely as a material part of these Terms of Use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall the Platform, its directors, employees, agents, partners or suppliers be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, reputation or other intangible losses;
• Damages related to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Damages related to any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Damages related to any content obtained from or through the Platform;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These limitations of liability apply regardless of whether liability has been asserted based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE FROM CLAIMS

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of these Terms of Use;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of any right of a third party, including without limitation any intellectual property, publicity, privacy, property or confidentiality right;
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party;
• Any activity related to your account or access credentials;
• Any interactions, agreements or disputes you have with other platform users;
• Any services you advertise, offer or provide through the platform or as a result of using the platform;
• Any illegal or allegedly illegal behavior or activity;
• Any actual or alleged violations of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

Release from claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and forever discharge the Company (and its officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns) from and hereby waive and relinquish each and every past, present and future dispute, claim, controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action of every kind and nature that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, or that relates directly or indirectly to the Platform or any interactions with other users.

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU HEREBY WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Applicable law

These Terms of Use and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the use of the Platform will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The place of arbitration will be in the State of Wyoming, USA. The language of arbitration is English. The number of arbitrators will be one. The decision of the arbitration will be final and binding on the parties.

Time limitation for filing claims

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE PLATFORM MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Class action waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THESE TERMS OF USE MUST BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS BASIS, ONLY BETWEEN YOU AND US.

OTHER PROVISIONS

Entire agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the complete agreement between you and the Platform regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and the Platform regarding the Platform.

Severability
