Unethical, exploitative and malicious activity

- Mail bombing and denial of service attacks;

Harassment and discrimination:

Fraud and deception:
- Obtaining services with intent to evade payment;
- Using capabilities to obtain services from other providers with intent to avoid payment;
- Unauthorized access, modification or destruction of user information;
- Interference with use of facilities and network by other users.
Content related to violence and illegal activity
Posting or transmitting content that is strictly prohibited:
- Incites violence or depicts violent actions;
- Contains child pornography or materials involving minors;
- Threatens someone's health and safety;
- Violates consumer protection laws;
- Violates a person's privacy;
- Facilitates human trafficking or coercion.
National security related activities
Our Services may not be used by any individual or entity that is involved or suspected of involvement in:
- Illegal gambling;
- Terrorism or support of terrorist activities;
- Illegal drug trafficking;
- Illegal arms trafficking;
- Distribution, development, design, manufacture or accumulation of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons;
- Weapons of mass destruction or missile technologies;
- Any association with persons who support the above activities.
Unauthorized use of VELARIS INC. property
Strictly prohibited:
- Impersonating VELARIS INC.;
- Representing significant business relationships with VELARIS INC. without permission;
- Claiming ownership of any VELARIS INC. property (including our Services and brand);
- Using our name or brand to fraudulently obtain services, trust or benefit.
Additional prohibitions under FOSTA-SESTA
In accordance with US federal law, including FOSTA-SESTA, additionally prohibited:
- Participation in or facilitation of human trafficking;
- Posting content that facilitates sexual exploitation;
- Coordination or organization of coercive services;
- Use of coded language to bypass security measures;
- Any activity related to coercion into sexual services.

Compliance obligations

- Minor protection laws;
- Intellectual property laws;
- Cybersecurity laws;

Cooperation with law enforcement
